This is just a reminder for me and for a person who bothers about the same problem.
The default configuration files to specify Green functions calculated (greenone.def and greentwo.def) are different between versions 2 and 3.
HPhi2 generates greenone.def for $N$ $S_i$ and greentwo.def for $N$ by $N$ $S_iS_j$.
On the other hand, HPhi3 assumes translational invariance, i.e., HPhi3 generates greenone.def for 1 $S_0$ and greentwo.def for $N$ $S_0S_i$.
