greenr2kでR==0のデータ点が足りなかったら落とす #33

グリーン関数のインデックス指定ファイル内で、必要な足が足りていなかったらその分を表示して落とすようにした。

 ERROR! The following correlation function is missed:
 R,   kind,   orb1,   orb2

5 Down-Up-Up-Down     1  1
STOP Missing indices for the Green function.
