"Clone Site" feature #74

To make it easier to experiment with Composum Pages via cloud.composum.com this implements a "Clone Site" feature: we provide an initial r/o example site in a shared folder and the user can copy it to his own tenant and edit it.

This PR adds a the "Clone" functionality for the site manager.
