List available reporters #22

Running nyc --help links to this repo for a list of available reporters. That list was missing, so here's the bare minimum to satisfy anyone's curiosity.

@seanpoulter sorry for the slow reply! have been getting somewhat buried in open-source work lately ... partially in an attempt to mitigate this, I've pulled the core istanbuljs libraries into this monorepo:

Would you mind resubmitting this pull request agains this repo? I appreciate the patch.

Sorry @bcoe, this fell off my radar. Just confirmed the link in nyc report --help (https://git.io/vHysA) links to the directory list. That's easier to update than the README, so I'll close this.
