Update the link to the base64 submodule.

@isteinbrecher Thanks for letting me know and you're very welcome! It's a quick fix when compiling it - don't think I have any contributions. But if you decide to do so, I have no objection and am happy to be on the list.

Again, thank you for sharing this work. It is a super useful tool and I really enjoyed using it so far!
