how to remove select all select none and search? #492

Hello, I find the example about Disabling/Enabling don't have the select none ,search and reset? But about Configuration and Options I can't find how to remove all of them. some config about the example of Disabling/Enabling I try to use the directive as example , but no use. and so I am not clear how to do? Thanks！

I know how to....I may be in sleepwalking last night..... just now i find the helper-elements............but last night this a tragedy. Thanks for you !a great work
