Review open PRs on Enhancements Repo #165

Work with John/TOC to merge the 25 open PRs.

  1. Select one of these PRs to review 119, 107,
  2. Assign yourself to the PR so no one else can pick it up as you are reviewing. As seen here.
  3. Take note on what friction is felt when reviewing? (Overhead, Graduation criteria, etc.)
  4. Ping John when you have completed the review and it is good to merge in your opinion.

@MorrisLaw and I have created a list of Frictions and will bring this to the next Enhancements meeting to evaluate best next steps.

There are ~2 open now, including one I just raised - are we ready to close this?
