I'm just learning about Istio right now, and much of the documentation appears under the name "Istioldie". Initially I thought this was some service provider that helps with Istio installations, but I now suspect that "Istioldie" is the name under which Istio documentation appears. Searching around does not help to clarify what's going on here.
I think it's too cute by half and I'm going to put removing it on the backlog. We should also address how the archive docs show up in search. (#1536) We don't currently have anyone staffed to look at things like this, but watch this space.
Hey guys
Lost google searching does, looks like when you encounter an old / archived documentation page, it says "istioldie" in the corner, I click on it for an explanation, then I start searching for istioldie for what this is, do I need it, etc?
I'm guessing at this point it's a cute way of saying "old documentation". But maybe you can make that fact clearer? Issue #1536 is how I finally think I figured that out.
