Common problems page does not make use of istioctl analyze #6669

I just went through all the docs in https://preliminary.istio.io/docs/ops/common-problems/ and I was never recommended to use istioctl analyze. This seems like a large gap, as this should be the first line of defense

Tentatively assigning @selmanj since I don't know who else works on this these days

Seems like a big oversight! Maybe a quick note at the top of the page would make sense?
