added http(s) auth_basic support #191

Please find my implementation of auth_basic support for PokemonGo-Map / nginx.

I modified the storyboard using Xcode 8, I hope it will not be PITA to merge... I also stole and modified the new icons from a small Fruit Inc company.

Anyway, thanks for your awesome work!
