Pipe everything to papertrail with standard format
Pipe cloudfront/logtrail to papertrail
Nginx logs?

istrategylabs/franklin-api#71 implements this for the API. Might have to wait until we can see all of the logs in one place before deciding on changes to the format to make them more standard.
