Allow for picking a starting date/time and ending date/time.

Use case would be for something like a Live Event

This should work like outlook meeting creation...

Change the start time the end time pushes out the "duration" of the meeting
Change the end time the start time stays the same the "duration" is just changed.
exposes start time, end time, and duration.
