Development System render ok, Dev Server not working correctly #101

When working on the development system the dual listbox picker works perfectly, however when using this on a development webserver this renders quite poorly.

As you will see in the captured image there is a multi select drop down list rather than seeing it as it should be.

What do I need to do to ensure this renders correct as the js files are referenced after everthing else is loaded, and as I say this works perfectly on the development machine, but not on the development server.

sorry for the late reply, its a server that is internal to our domain, I cant give you access unfortunately.
