Update home page for CSCAP

Want to build out the landing page for users. I am unsure if the black header bar will remain or not. Some of that provides orientation that will become outdated to a degree (such as plotting tools, correct?) since they will be embedded with Data tab now. Proposed look:

• [x] Make mainpage the home page that users land on https://datateam.agron.iastate.edu/cscap/

• [x] Make this the first tab as HOME

• [x] Populate this page with the following text

Sustainable Corn Coordinated Agricultural Project Team Research Data (in bold)

This website contains biophysical research data measured across a set of experiments carried out by the Cropping Systems Coordinated Agricultural Project (CSCAP): Climate Change, Mitigation, and Adaptation in Corn-based Cropping Systems; or Sustainable Corn CAP.

The Sustainable Corn CAP was a transdisciplinary team funded by the United States Department of Agriculture, National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA-NIFA, Award No. 2011-68002-30190). The team spanned 9 states, 11 institutions, and 140 members with funding from 2011-2016.

The team assessed the environmental and social economic impacts of climate variability on corn-based cropping systems. The project focused on ways to equip farmers with the practices that would build resiliency of the systems to increasing weather variability while maintaining crop yields and reducing negative environmental impacts.

• [x] the footer of the page will be a grouped image of all the institutional logos created by lori

• [x] lori populate digital repository.

• [x] we will need to create text that explains use and rights of the data (disclaimer of sorts) along with an agreement button that can also double as the export button. I am envisioning this would all come at the end and not on the main page though.

@akrherz what are dimensions of page? I'll create a logo for team and institutions that run along the footer that you can embed.

@akrherz I like it! Looks nice. Two things (if possible):

• In the subtabs with data download and tools, can you add a little home icon to the left of Research Sites tab that directs people back to mainpage?

• In the upper home tab, can you replace sustainablecorn link to this instead of old website? I dont think we need to keep that anymore.
