[x] move checklists and publication list to be embedded in Google Drive.
[x] update internal website

no files remaining in Smartsheet for NNK. Site Edits are under Data_Edits_Needed now and the publications spreadsheet is in the Publication folder. I formatted all spreadsheets to filter and have conditional formatting for the "DONE" column with yes as green and ATTN as red.
