DN_03 ready for review #437

These datasets are pretty small and simple, so not much to look at here. They came straight from nass and the only edits I made was changing the column headings.

Looks good to me! @loriabendroth can you confirm before closing this issue?

Reviewed all tabs and done. Changed two headings titled "value" to "acreage" and "grain_yield" so they are descriptive. Change made in spreadsheet and dictionary.
