Only one comment on the column heading c from Gio that needs to be addressed.

I'm confused by his comment. Each HUC12 has its own urban percentage. So if we remove it, we'll have multiple values for a given project_id. When we ran the N load model using these values, each HUC12 had its own urban percentage. I think we should leave the id_huc12 in. We didn't end up using these data for final results, because the N model presented a lot of problems. But still useful to keep in the database, like we have with crop yield (DN_03), etc.
