2 years ago - [x] @skbowd Replace all blanks with -9999 and indicate in DD. Generally, blanks are due to administrators/data collectors not including contract details. Then close issue.
I agree that 2004-2018 is the temporal granularity. I've changed it in the DD, and indicated these as acceptable values for applied_yr_cal.
[x] The biggest thing here is all of the blank cells in the data set. In the DD I have "TBD" for the missing values column for those that have blank cells. Should all/most of these just be n/a or does someone need to go through each column and determine if there is data missing and therefore be -9999? If you know by column which it should be, I will fill in,
[x] Temporal Granularity on DD... is this based off of "applied_yr_cal"? If so, I think it should be 2004-20018 (n=14). Then years in acceptable values should be updated as well.
[x] Check red text in DD as well.
