Steph and Lori I have written out instructions for scanning waseca data in the google drive (open waseca-> instructions for scanning)

WATER

[ ] 1977 to 1984 (being scanned and entered at the moment)
[ ] 1985 to 1997 (hopefully somewhere in the boxes, will need to be scanned)
[ ] 1998 to 2015 (available electronically on the google drive, but needs to be copied over to the sheets)

GRAIN and SOIL

[ ] 1977 to 1983 (has been scanned for the most part)
[ ] 1984 to 2015 (will need to be scanned or found on the drive)
