Issue with fertilizer totals #452

@skbowd , when I total the fertilizer entries, I am getting some sites/plots with much higher actual N applied compared to what we expected (as per trt master). I suspect that people entered ALL PLOTS (or something) in the management form for some applications when actually it should only be a subset of plots. In the linked spreadsheet, I have included the problem site-plot-years. Can you look at these entries and their treatments and see if you can figure out if some fertilizer entries should be edited? I have a sheet named STEPH REVIEW under the main Data folder.

The problem sites are WQFS, MUDS2, ONT_4R. These are the pink cells in the sheet and I set the coloring to occur anytime the difference is more than 40. So for example, Kelley has some instances in 2019 that are 39 different but that is relatively slight although you could work on those too once figure out major issues.

The actual amounts are a sum of the total for that plot applied from Oct 1 of previous fall to Sept 31 of the cash crop year. This should match to how the site PIs think about the fertilizer they are applying as well and therefore, match what we have in the treatment master.

Have addressed and was due to plot assignments applied when entered as ALL PLOTS. Data in management backend is good. No further actions needed.
