Once data is "FINAL", recommend copying each file to the "ISU Repository Upload" folder. Here, we should:
[ ] remove all variables/rows/columns that are not to be kept in the published version
[ ] rename file names to be standardized for external users... for example, this is what I did last week for a similar repository: Kladivko et al._SEPAC_Agronomic Data, Kladivko et al._SEPAC_Water Quality Data, etc. This way if someone downloads it, there is a chance, they will remember where it came from and how to cite it.
[ ] Update data dictionary spreadsheet name column with final file names.
[ ] Update methods to have file name at the top and not "DN...."
