Update dictionary

@skbowd , can you review the NN data dictionary and address the Acceptable Values column specifically? There are:

• [ ] red text "####" that needs to have values input. Review the data and populate in with the general range. Such as if the values are 2 to 54, go ahead and put 1 - 60. If you have time, it would be good to review all the acceptable units against the final data.
• [ ] address comments I populated in.

The final data you want to use for this is under Manuscript > Data > Data_2022.05.06. This is the version exported for use in the manuscript and very close to what will be published. You will see in the DD, that column A is output with Data and Manuscript listed. The manuscript output may have a different name for the same variable. And in a few cases (such as Cumulative NO3, which is a sum of the daily values), there are values in the Manuscript that are not in Data. But most values are in both the Data and Manuscript rows, so when updating the Acceptable Values, you should scan to find it in the other. Hope this makes sense!
