Laurie: Check if Excel workbooks can be uploaded to DataShare. #464

I am fairly certain we can upload an Excel Workbook, which will help with DN_01 by keeping it together. I tried uploading a test file to DataShare and it won't let me, saying I have a 0kb storage quota! I've reached out to them to see what's happening here.

Per Megan from ISU Library, we will upload to the CyBox folder she created. She will check things over before uploading to DataShare.
