Merge weather files

@loriabendroth, slight difference in data between on-site and nearby weather network:

11200 daily entries in network weather data 12100 daily entries in onsite weather data

One (or two?) sites had a couple methods for getting weather data and think that is why more entries exist for onsite than nearby weather data.

Few thousand temperature data are missing from on-site weather file.

Only 2 precip data are missing from the on-site weather file.

• [ ] Ultimately need to merge the network data with the on-site precip data for “best” weather data for use in manuscript.
