add emit channels for merquryQV (and bbstat?)
consolidate to one QV report

Bump via Reviewer's Request: It would be good to have a final report generated by the workflow (e.g. Rmarkdown output document or other) which should summarise the metrics for the different stages (e.g. N50/L50, BUSCO completeness, QVs, number of changes introduced in the assembly at each iteration).
