Front End shows ELSA as title and a blank page after a new install #218

I used Firefox version 30 to connect to the frontend/backend server.  All I see 
is a blank page.  Apache2, mysql and syslog-ng were running fine.  I am 
wondering my browser is the problem.  Any help?
