Can not find the hgtags file in the repository

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sudo pip install exaproxy
or
1. tar xvzf exaproxy-1.0.2.tgz
2. cd exaproxy-1.0.2
3. sudo python setup.py install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect a successful exaproxy installation, instead I see a “can not find 
the hgtags file in the repository” error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Python 2.7.3 on Linux 3.2.0

a file is missing from the installation package, I will recreate 1.0.2 with the 
fix tonight.
