What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup siphon account in settings
2. open application
3. received bad request 400 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

be able to login, but got a bad request when connecting to server

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.2  iphone os / 2.1 siphon 

Please provide any additional information below.

Iphone is jail broken.

could you define log level to detailled ?
And post here the log file, it is written in /var/mobile/Library/Siphon

It seems this ia a configuration error on your iphone or on your OpenSER.

Doing a test to my local asterisk server it works fine but the remote provider 
, I
received that error. Maybe they are denying the IP from the iphone provider 
network.
