Siphon not working for me (i have an iPod Touch

I have an jailbroken iPod Touch 2G and the headphones w/ mic.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I made an account
2. Went to settings, tried at least 7 providers
3. Went to the app and tried to make a call and it says either Service 
Unavailable, Restricted Service, or Default Status Message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm supposed to see connected but instead i see Service Unavailable, 
Restricted Service, or Default Status Message. Also it drops my calls all 
the times. It says calling "person's name" and then one second later it 
says Call Ended.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ipod Touch 2G on 3.0 Software (jailbroken..)

Please provide any additional information below.
Well, i'm a noob and even with my failures i think that this isn't 
something I didn't do..

I usually see this behavior (It says calling "person's name" and then one 
second 
later it says Call Ended.) when all the codecs I have enabled are not supported 
by 
the provider. Check your settings, enable all codecs, and see if calls will go 
through.
