request timeout when dialing #527

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open siphon
2. dial number to call
3. select green phone cell

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i am connected to the service freephonie.net and the service is available.
When I try to call a phone number, I obtain, after a few seconds, a request 
timeout.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
siphon v3.9.14 (same behavior with 3.9.12 but soties with 2.?)
iOS 4.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Freephonie manages g711 codec only. In Media advanced settings of Siphon, you 
should disable all other codecs.
Quit and restart (currently Siphon doesn't use immediately some modifications)
