GSM number get an error #538

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put gsm number
2. push 'call'
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
after 10 secondes there is this message 'Internal serveur error4

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IOS 4.3.1 IPHONE 3GS - SIPHON 3.9.17

After reboot iphone i's ok
I have a message says me you can't use this number phone

I believe it's a freephonie limitation.
