Jump to next issue #173

It would be helpful to have a command that would scroll to the next issue - currently, when you have a larger file and you have unknown types, you scroll all the way up, enter e.g. @class MyClass; and then you need to go looking for the next issue... Would be nice to have a command (Command-J) to jump to the next issue.
