talkback won't give feedback in the recent apps screen when closing apps. #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. doubletap recent apps.
2. highlight any app with in the recent apps screen.
3. sweep from the left edge of the screen to the right edge of the screen with 
two fingers.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
talkback should give some indication of apps closing such as app closed.
talkback as of now is not saying anything what so ever to indicate whether an 
app closed.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
talkback 3.5.1 on nexus 5 on t-mobile, running kitkat 4.4.2.

Please provide any additional information below.
