Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the task UI is designed for internal processing of tasks and offers a customized interface for this purpose. In the future, external citizens/customers will also be included so that they can also be assigned tasks, e.g. for questions.

Thema ist aktuell von MPdZ blocked, da die Anforderungen noch unklar sind. Muss wohl auf 2. Jahreshälfte verschoben werden
