Version 0.0.2: Update description field of pubspec.yaml to be more descriptive #7

Every Package at pub.dev gets a score: https://pub.dev/packages/epitaph_ips/score Our package is missing 10 points because the description field in pubspec.yaml is too short.

The new description should be 60 to 80 words long.
