Note, this PR needs a manual update of the Spring Boot version before merge.

On top of that we should check for the new features of camel-core and general purpose components. For adding new features, a follow up issue should be used.

I took a look at the release notes and the following changes / new features are noteworthy: Camel 4.5.0:

Camel 4.6.0:

Camel 4.7.0

Camel 4.8.0 (LTS)

The new dev console might be a feature we should investigate in the future. However nothing has to be done immediately to get this PR merged (still Spring needs a bump to 3.3.3)
