Article Title Changelog and Redirect #31

When articles are renamed, the .html file also gets renamed, there needs to be a way to keep track of these changes, and return a 301 redirect to the correct URL

There already is a *metalsmith-rename article, but what needs to be automated, is the logic to save what URL/article gets redirect to what
