Basic functionality and json data added #16

Summary

There are a number of changes:

  1. Created an initial schema for verbs data
  2. Populated some verbs data in data.json
  3. Rewrote all mocks with real question generation
  4. English support added, which fixes #8

Test Plan

Tested locally and checked correctness of the bot.
