[10.0] Linode DNS Integration #630

I am working with linode as my VPS provider, so i want to know where to start to integrate and register subdomain. I followed all steps and works fine, so i want to identify what to extend to execute my integration. Action from Create client button from Plan could be a good point ?

Consider a refactor to allow us implement new services for zones sounds good. I continue reading about it and gives feedback.
