Sorry that this update has taken so long with this version come many small bug fixes and a new feature

Bug Fixes

Fix plant randomly despawning
Fix some missing locales
Fix some bridge functions

Changes

PolyZone is no longer requiered (replaced with ox_lib)
Add Drug/Seed Dealer
You can now customize recipie animation
Added Drug Cooldown

Updated the Wiki for Version 1.2.4 Added help to the wiki for creating new zones
