Update ISP shift dates and times to reflect calendar date and not shift date #1

Weekday, and Date columns need to be synced to reflect the actual date and time of the missing ISP data NOT THE EMPLOYEES SHIFT

Fixed the issue by updating the mdq variable within the main.py file to accurately depict the Weekday and Date as it pertains to the missing documentation
