ability to go to previous standards #9

maybe a drop down list housed in the side bar, the options can be the "reviewed" standards.

a button will need to be present to initiate the change of the "current standard" session state be changed to the corresponding standard

Issue addressed, however there is now a new need that has presented itself. The ability to go to the end of the standards to continue review following going back to a previous standard.

Suggestion: A button in the side bar to "go to last standard" that will take them to the end of the review.
