2. Make changes to required fields
3. Нажать кнопку назад

Actual results After making changes to the form, pressing the "Back" button does not display a pop-up message about the change in the form

Expected results After making changes to the form, pressing the "Back" button will display a message asking you to save the changes.

Я переробив репорт, pop up не з'являється коли внесені зміни в форму та нажата кнопка back
