[Notification] Іncorrect background color and separator color on a dark theme. #1060

Environment: Android 11, Nexus 5X. Reproducible: always. Build found: v1.0.557

Preconditions:

  1. Log in to the app;
  2. 'Notification tab' is opened.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to 'Notification' page
  2. Open any available notification

Actual result

  1. Background color at the bottom have color "White"
  2. Separator have color "Neutral Dark"

Expected result

  1. Background color at the bottom have color like dark theme
  2. Separator have color "Hover"

Labels to be added "Bug" ("bug"), Priority ("pri:low ")
