[City] Changes don't work through the Edit button on the "Провід станиці" page #2832

Environment: Windows 10 Google Chrome 99.0.4844.82 64-bit Reproducible: always Build found: 6d91c0f

Preconditions Log in as a Super Admin

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open left-side menu
  2. Click on City page -Lviv
  3. Open "Провід Станиці"
  4. Click on Edit button and change the date in City Admin

Actual result Changes are not saved and not applied. 1 2 3

Expected result Changes in the date on the "Провід станиці" page, must be saved and displayed on the City page.
