[Region] Absent notification on the "Провід станиці" page #2833

Environment: Windows 10 Google Chrome 99.0.4844.82 64-bit Reproducible: always Build found: 6d91c0f

Preconditions Log in as Super Admin

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open left-side menu
  2. Click on Region page-Lviv
  3. Open "Провід Станиці"
  4. Click on Edit button and change the date in any role
  5. Press button "Опублікувати"

Actual result Admin can change the date, but he didn't see the notification.

Expected result Admin see the notification about changes. 1
