[Decisions] Search "Decision/Рішення Керівних Органів" is not performed in search box #2903

Environment: Windows 10 Google Chrome 99.0.4844.82 64-bit Reproducible: always Build found: e3b1dcd

Preconditions Log in as Super Admin

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open left-side menu and click on 'Рішення'
  2. Enter information in the search box and click "Search".
  3. Verify that user can search a Decision by date.
  4. Verify that user can search a Decision by Status.
  5. Verify that user can search for a Decision by ID.

Actual result Any user can't search a Decision by date, status and ID.

Expected result User should have possible to search Decision by any valid column name.
