[Перестороги/ Warnings] Several "Warnings" are created under the same number #2917

Environment: Windows 11x64, Opera 87.0.4390.45 Reproducible: always Build found: last commit from https://github.com/ita-social-projects/GreenCityClient/tree/dev eb6989e Priority: low Severity: low

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to 'https://eplastprd.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/'
  2. Log in as admin
  3. Tap the menu icon on the left upper
  4. Expand the 'Довідник' menu
  5. Tap 'Перестороги'
  6. Tap "Додати пересторогу" button
  7. Enter "1" in field "Номер в реєстрі"
  8. Fill in all the fields and press the "Опублікувати" button
  9. Tap "Додати пересторогу" button
  10. Enter "1" in field "Номер в реєстрі"
  11. Fill in all the fields and press the "Опублікувати" button
  12. Pay attention to the table with "Перестороги".

Actual result Two "Warnings" were created under the same number. Attached bug screenshots.

Expected result All "Warnings" are created under different numbers
