[Events] Category field error doesn't allow to create event #2949

Log in as any user, who can create events
Steps to reproduce
Press "Події" tab in the top menu
Press "Створити подію" button in the "Створені події" section
Fill all mandatory fields and press "Зберегти подію" button
Actual result
Event isn't created. Category field gives error "Поле є обовʼязковим" when it is not empty.
