[Notification] Super Admin can't open the user page #2957

Environment: Windows 10 Google Chrome 99.0.4844.82 64-bit Reproducible: always Build found: 1661f8e

Preconditions User send a membership renewal request Log in as Super Admin

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open page Notification
  2. Click on the notification (email address) about the membership renewal request

Actual result The page is open, but we see the error 404 The URL doesn't correct 1 2

Expected result After Super Admin click, should open the User table page with a filter for the necessary user
